1989
The Company was set up by Vivek Mulay as Renuka Engineers. Commercial production commenced, in the same year contributing significantly to manufacturing expertise, generating employment and setting high standards. Manufacturing of machined components for Bajaj Auto Ltd. Aurangabad was the sole business.
We introduced tool holders for carbide and diamond indexable inserts. We also participated in IMTEX Exhibitions in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore from 1992-2008. Renuka Engineers products comprise of tool holders for indexable inserts, Fine boring units (FBU), Fine Boring Bars (FBB), Burr Bits, Twin Lip Boring Bars, Chamfering Tools, ISO Cartridges, and Twin Blade Boring Bars.
2000
We changed our company’s name from Renuka Engineers to Renuka Tooling Systems highlighting our core business of tools manufacturing.
2009
We participated in CBI export promotion programme conducted by the government of Holland in Rotterdam Holland. CBI is an agency of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs which promotes exports from developing countries to Europe.CBI conducts classroom training by experts, factory visits by European experts and advices in manufacturing and marketing of products.
2010
From September 28 October 2 we participated in AMB exhibition in Stuttgart Germany. AMB is a leading international trade fair for metal working in Stuttgart, Germany.
2011
We visited HAAS Company, an Automation manufacturer in the United States of America. M/s Haas is the largest machine tool builder in the Western World.
We purchased Haas Automation Vertical Machining Center (VMC), a vertical spindle machine to meet our production needs.
2013
Name changed to RENUKA TOOLING SYSTEMS.
Stationed sales & support Engineer in Rajkot , Gujarat.
2016
Participated Indo German Management Training program with special focus on business with Germany. Exports began to Germany through a leading dealer of cutting tools near Kassel (Germany). Thanks to special efforts by training Akademie in Hamburg.
